This collection contains photography from more than 150 small flights, the majority of which cover areas of San Luis Obispo County, with dates ranging from the late 1980s to mid-1990s. The UCSB Library received the collection as a gift in 2014, when the owner of the company retired. The flight codes for this collection begin with "GS-", which is the same for our collection of USGS imagery. However, the Golden State Aerial Surveys flight codes are followed by a five digit number, while the USGS codes are followed by two to four letters.
