Software Carpentry: Introduction to Scientific Reproducibility with R
This is a 3 day, example-driven workshop for introduction to R programming. Short tutorials alternate with hands-on practical exercises, and participants are encouraged both to help one another, and to try applying what they have learned to their own work. R is commonly used in many scientific disciplines for data analysis and creating data visualizations. This workshop will focus on data visualization. Some previous experience with programming is helpful, but not required. This workshop will move at a quicker pace than our typical Carpentry workshops.
The workshop runs from 8:30AM - 11:30AM on Fridays.
