This is a two day half-day workshop for non-programmers or novice programmers to provide introduction to version control with Git and Bash. Learners will learn to use the unix shell and git through short tutorials and hands-on exercises Participants should bring their own laptop to work on. This should be a Windows, Mac, or Linux machine, not a Chromebook or tablet. You should also be sure to have admin privileges on your laptop. Learners should also create a github account in advance before the workshop.
