Publishers
Useful for accessing open access books or selecting a publisher for your manuscript. Some have author fees (book publishing charges) and some do not. Whether a publisher has BPCs or not, and the amount, often changes. Please consult the website for such information.

UCSB's open access theses and dissertations
UC's institutional repository and journal publishing platform. Not all campuses have ETDs in eScholarship. Due to copyright restrictions and the need to obtain permission from authors, not all years are available online. UC campuses began accepting ETD submissions different years. For details see ETD Preservation and Access Sevice: California Digital Library. UCSB's open access ETDS is in ADRL (Alexandria Digital Research Library).
Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD)
The NDLTD is an international organization promoting the adoption, creation, use, dissemination, and preservation of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs). In addition to providing full-text access to ETDs, the website includes information for university administrators, librarians, faculty, students, and the general public on how to find, create, and preserve ETDs; how to set up an ETD program; legal and technical questions; and the latest news and research in the ETD community.
The PDQT Open database provides full-text access to PDFs of dissertations and theses. The authors have opted for open access publishing through the ProQuest Open Access Publishing PLUS program.
